Mr. Muhammad Abbas Asar (Late), founded this Company in 1956, as an export house of Sporting Goods. Knife Making and exporting was started in 1968 at a very small scale with meager resources in a rented shop, total turnover till 1970 was just few thousand.

Major break though was initiated during seventies by securing a good volume business on the grounds of FINE QUALITY and TIMELY SERVICES.

We shifted to the factory building at present we are working, in 1975 with few locally made machines and equipments. But at the moment, by the grace of All MIGHTY GOD now this factory is well equipped with most modern knife making machine and is the BIGGEST knife manufacturing unit in Pakistan, producing hundreds of various styles and designs of Folding and Fix blade knives.

Now we are fully engaged in export quality products and successfully marketing in USA, France, Japan, Switzerland, Germany & South Africa.
